Can't turn screen on after long inactivity

Description

After a long period of inactivity (after screensaver turns off and display turns off) like 1 hour, I can't wake him up with IO devices (mouse / keyboard). I have to restart the machine.

Trisquel 8.0 support ended in April 2021.
Please open a new issue in case it remains on the current supported release.
