It can be found along with the gNewSense and Dragora ISO mirror on one dedicated machine of the Free Software and Free Culture foundation called Fundația Ceata, based in Bucharest, Romania.

We have followed the instructions at http://trisquel.info/en/wiki/mirroring-trisquel. The cron job runs rsync every day at 4 AM.
